You can buy this eyeliner for its beauty of blue glitters otherwise you can skip because you can get other eyeliners in the same price that will work really well. Availability of LaSplas eyeliners is also a question here because sadly this eyeliner is not available on Vellvette.com , Cherry Culture does sell them but this liquid eyeliner is not available.This eyeliner is available to buy on LaSplash website for $8.98 and they do ship internationally. But you have to call them to place an order. See Customer Services page of LaSplash for more details..
Overall, it's a good eyeliner and I would have recommended if it was easily available. Since it is not, I would say don't take pain in looking for this eyeliner. I am sure we'd find more eyeliners in this price and probably better than this.
What I am impressed with is that this is full size product and and not a sample so it is going to last long for me. If I don't get into high-end brand products then I'd say Vellvette box does put a smile on face each time you receive it.
