I personally don't try or stock too many lipsticks and these shades made me feel that they were not meant for me. So I was a little skeptical about trying out these shades on me. But I was absolutely wrong. Lakme Absolute lipsticks are made for everybody and wide range of shades that it would make all lips and faces look prettier.

INR 600Before we jump on the names, shades and swatches on my face, let's see how the texture and wear made me feel about Lakme Absolute Lipsticks -
Texture and Smell - Lakme Absolute Lipsticks vary in texture from shade to shade. Or I must say a group of lipsticks feel a dry on lips while some are highly moisturizing. In my experience, more matte the lipstick, dryer the feel on lips. BUT they just feel drying and they do not leave your lips dry that you need chapsticks after you remove. These lipsticks are long wearing, do not feather or bleed. The smell is sweet, cany-like.
Appearance - Some shades have shimmers in them while some are matte. A few look creamier than others and they are definitely more moisturizing than others.
Longevity - Lakme Absolute Lipsticks just stayed on the lips and definitely qualify for long wearing lipsticks.
Swatches of Lakme Absolute Lipsticks Plum Glimmer, Deep Blush and Sheer Berry
Plum Glimmer - A deep, plum shade with shimmers. It is the darkest of all and perfect shade for fall. 10 on 10 for the rhyming words. *wink*.
Deep Blush - A soft pink shade with gray undertone and hint of shimmers. This shade is one of the creaier ones. My favorite!
Sheer Berry - It is a pink shade with red undertones, matte finish. Though it is creamy but it had a dry feel to it while applying. Favorite!
Swatches of Lakme Absolute Lipsticks Caramel Kiss, Runway Red, Royal Rouge
Caramel Kiss - A beautiful light nude shade with orange undertones. Or let's say a light orange shade with lots of brown undertones. Either way it is a lovely, lovely shade. Suitable for all skin types.
Runway Red - One of my the most favorite shades for obvious reasons. It suits my skin tone a lot, my skin glows after applying this blush, it has warm undertones with orange hints, but my teeth doesn't appear pale. Also, it is not in-your-face types. This is one bright, red lipstick that I can wear during day and rock it, I know!
Royal Rouge - Royal Rouge looks a lot like sheer berry in pictures. But it is not! If you notice it has more red undertone to it. It is creamy and has shimmer.
Swatches of Lakme Absolute Lipsticks Eternal Wine, Glamour Daze, Cosmo Pasion
Eternal Wine - is a soft, plum shade with no wine shade. Or to convince yourself, think that it is a lot lighter and muted shade of wine. Matte and creamy.
Glamour Daze - Glamour Daze had loads of shimmer in it. It is a lot like brown but with understated red/orange in it. I don't like this shade because It makes me look old and mature. But it is a beautiful shade and some might go bananas over it.
Cosmo Passion- I don't know hot put this shade right because I think all of these shades do not vary a lot from each other. Cosmo Pasion might be called less orange pigments and a lighter version of Glamour Daze.
