Rejecting People Doesn’t Work

Posted on the 20 December 2013 by Calvinthedog

The weird thing about all the “Kick his ass, reject him, and maybe he will live his life the way I want him to!” stuff is that the more you reject people, the crazier they get, and the less likely they are to start shaping up and living their lives in the groovy way you want them to, because to do that, you need to be functional.

So the more you “Kick their ass and try to get them into shape!” really the less likely they are to shape up and get it together because you’re making them nuts, and the more nuts they are, the less someone can get in shape and get it together. I really don’t see the point of rejecting people to get them to live life the way you want them to. Not only is it mean, but it seems like it doesn’t even work. You’re not kicking their ass into shape, you’re making them nuts and nonfunctional. What’s the point?
