Bright yellow walls with a corner made of mirrors and stacked well with Zenga boxes and board games, this place is all about rewinding, enjoying and rejuvenating. Done well keeping in mind each section of the society, there is a kids section with games and books. It has row of 5 chairs for people who love treating themselves to a drink or 2 alone.
The menu comprises of twisted Indian dishes like Bhel and papad cones, Idli Papdi chat, Teekha Mutton Shorba. Bhel and papdi cones made of rolled papad filled with bhel puri that was perfectly seasoned with chat masala and chutney.
The Idli papdi chat was a nice amalgamation of Idli immersed in curd, saunth chutney and some coriander chutney and topped with bhujia and papdi. Idli was soft and moist, topped with pomegranate and bhujia that added a crunch to the texture of the chaat. The Teekha Mutton Shorba was an eye opener, spiced with green chillies served with crispy naan as a side.
The non-vegetarian platter was served with 4 varieties - authentic Chicken tikka, chicken wings in hot sauce, chicken skewers in peanut sauce and chicken sausages. Every serving were fresh, soft and succulent with a distinct taste in each of them. The peanut sauce wasn’t over done at all. The Re special chicken pizza and vegetable pizza were average. The slider burgers of mutton, chicken and bean patty were nice and fresh served along with piri piri fries and fresh salad and dips. All in all a nice combination and very filling! The drinks were nice and innovative. Basillica, a nice cucumber drink to quench thirst was refreshing whereas roselime was very pleasing to the taste buds.
Interiors too are done in an innovative style. Pretty refreshing and you would want to visit here more than once to enjoy their menu in depth and of course come often to have your selected favorites time and again! .
