I will bet yall are wondering why I made this Ramen Noodle salad in the middle of the winter?

Well, I think it it festive and love to serve this all winter long. I love to serve a lot of those summer dishes in the winter also.

To be honest, with all the cold and snow I am wishing for warmer days. This recipe kind of brings me there.

I never thought I would say  it, but I am so very tired of snow.  Bring on spring and this warmer weather salad.
