On December 13th the Great Plains Tar Sands Resistance staged a protest in the lobby of the building where Devon Energy has its in Oklahoma City offices. When glitter came off a banner they’d hung from the second floor above the atrium, police arrested two and charged them with violating Oklahoma’s terrorism law. We speak with criminal defense and civil rights attorney Doug Parr who represents the protesters.
