Quick Lunch!

Hey everyone!
It's Christmas season and I am beginning to feel the season's cheer, are you?
This post is just to show you one of my quick lunch recipes... Quick lunch is the new recipe segment on this blog. They are just simple recipes I come up with for lunch meals they are easy to cook and they are quite light On the calories...
Comments will be appreciated. I would like to know what you think of these recipes and if you would try any of them. Today's quick lunch is Naan bread, layered with tandoori chicken cut in pieces with mixed leave salad and sweet corn.
How to get your quick lunch.
Chicken breast fillets marinated in garlic, onions, peppers, tandoori curry, rosemary,salt and seasoning cubes ( I used knorr) wrap chicken in foil and put in the oven to cook for 35 minutes... When its cooked bring out and slice to taste.
Then, wash up some lettuce, shred them, some carrots it could be grated or diced. Drain the sweet corn and set aside.
Then, grab a plate, place the warmed up naan bread, or you could use tortilla wraps, then on the bread or wrap put some ketchup and barbecue sauce ( mayonnaise if you want) place the sliced chicken and the vegetables in no particular order and then some more ketchup, mayonnaise and barbecue sauce on top! Your quick lunch is ready!
In the picture below, one was with ketchup on top and the other was with ceaser Salad dressing... You can enjoy it your way by putting whatever sauce you enjoy.

I made this for myself and a friend this afternoon and trust me it was Yum!
The calorie content of the ketchup variant is 260 calories so it's a perfectly healthy lunch!
