So, the new camera was doing great
And I was busily taking pictures of flowers and stuff
Getting up early to catch the morning's first light
And feeling really pleased till suddenly
Something went wrong.
The fancy zoom lens boogered up -- only partially retracting sometimes and making a very wrong-sounding juddering sound. A quick call to customer service and I was told to send it back. They would give me a complete refund. So goodbye to my new camera. When I get the refund, I'll probably order a replacement because I was really liking it.
