It's time to revisit Purely Inspired's Vanilla Protein because the last time they sent me product, they were out of vanilla. Since it's my usual practice to compare "apples to apples" and use vanilla each time, I wanted to do it one more time to put Purely Inspired in the comparison with the other protein mixes I've tried in the past.

I was honestly surprised that I liked the Purely Inspired 100% Plant-Based Protein because of the fact that it IS plant-based, but I was very pleased at the flavor. I enjoyed the shake and will try to use less fruit next time since I find that I sometimes use a lot of fruit to cover up a taste I anticipate I won't like. LOL. In a couple of weeks, I'm going to use one of the other flavors Purely Inspired provided me to whip up a recipe other than a shake. I see so many people on social media cooking, baking or making healthy treats using protein, so I"m going to attempt to follow suit.
