Purely Inspired 100% Plant-Based Protein Banana Greek Yogurt Recipe

By Debi Lantzer @debiL1611

I don’t know about any of you, but I’m always trying to find new and exciting ways to get my protein. It seems that I grow weary of the “same old, same old” shakes and other recipes. To break up the monotony, I decided to try something new and exciting this morning.

Since my experiment turned out great, I want to share it with you just in case you feel like you are in the same rut as I am from time to time.  This morning, I took the last container of greek yogurt in the refrigerator, which happened to be banana flavored.  I added a scoop of Purely Inspired Plant-Based Protein mix to the yogurt and stirred/whipped it up for long enough that the yogurt wasn’t grainy from the mix.  I then sliced a banana and ate the yogurt protein mixture along with the banana.

Can you say YUMMMMMMMMMY? It was fast, easy, and fantastic flavored. I’d call that a great recipe, wouldn’t you?

Lucky for me (and you), Purely Inspired protein mix comes in chocolate, strawberry and vanilla, so I will continue to try various recipes I create and/or find on the internet and if they taste halfway decent, I will share them with you!
