This Pumpkin Spice Martini has all the favors of your favorite pie, except in a creamy adult beverage. I promise this will be your go to Thanksgiving cocktail.
I have a lot of pumpkin puree sitting around the house. It is inevitable this time of year. I am making all kinds of recipes with it. I do not want to waste any of it, so I am trying to come up with some inventive and unique recipes to make with it. I did make some Baked Pumpkin Donuts and a Pumpkin Spice Latte. I am currently working on a Pumpkin Madelines.
So I had a bit left and came up with this cocktail. I needed it after all the baking and cooking I did this week. It is very good. In fact so good, I think I may have a few after I cook my Thanksgiving dinner.
I think I may need it after all the cooking I am going to do.
