Thanksgiving is just around the corner, so it's hard not to start thinking about what the menu might be. As a vegan, even if I'm not hosting I have recipes I'm considering making so I'm sure I have something to enjoy along with everyone else.
Last week I stumbled upon my first bag of cranberries of the season and was inspired to make a new version of this old standard, incorporating fresh squeezed orange juice and blueberries!
