My skin is super dry and esp the palms are very sensitive which gets worse when in contact with dish or laundry detergents. Being a housewife I have to deal with these on daily basis, and because of it my skin suffers a lot.I have never used a hand cream. Dryness on my palms is way worse for a cream to handle. Please don't laugh at me when I say that I swear by using a foot cream on my palms while going to bed.This time I tried a proper hand cream from M&S. Infact, I was very skeptical at time of buying it. But I had to because of its fragrance.Now here I share my experience with the product.

- Creamy yet non-greasy formula,
- Spreads easily and gets instantly absorbed into skin,
- Fragrance is beautiful and it smells of actual flowers rather than artificial and synthetic,
- Fragrance is mild and does not overpowers. It does not stay for long though.
Effectiveness :
- Smoothens and hydrates the skin pretty well.
- It takes care of minor dryness pretty well
- Excessive care needs to be taken for major dryness and cuts.
- It does not works on cuticles.
As I told earlier my palms get pretty dry and skin cracks. It happens everytime with over exposure to detergents and/or mostly in winter season.
The strange thing is that I was using this hand cream when this dryness occurred. So one thing is clear that it will not prevent dryness from happening but it healed the cracks in two days. After two days the cracks are almost gone. I used a pumice stone to scrub the dead skin and applied this cream atleast 3 - 4 times in a day. Before sleeping I applied a lot of cream and then wore gloves do that the cream stay in place.
Last Words:
This is a good product and is easier to carry in the bag everywhere. It smells awesome. People who just have dry skin will love this product. Although for my skin condition I still prefer to use medicated foot creams at nights which heels my palms over night. I will still repurchase this product to use it in day time.
