It happens when you order something vehemently online and it costs you a bomb (especially when you are on a career break and not employed. ) and it turns out to be made in PRC (People Republic of China) and just demolish all the castles of hopes that one built while waiting for the online parcel to be delivered.
Wait, it's not the manufacturing defect but the eternal difference between Indian and Chinese skin tones that make the situation worse.
So not wasting too much of your time, I ordered Maybelline Super Cushion Ultra Cover Foundation in the shade Natural Beige for INR 899 (yes 900, the deceptive pricing) and it comes in a beautiful black tub with attractive packaging but the problem is that the foundation looks like my shade but when applied it has white undertones which is normal for Chinese and Korean people but just a no-no for Indian skin .
Indian skin primarily has yellow undertones and when a product like these are applied to the face, your face looks like it was dipped in a tank of white lacquer.
It comes with a black sponge for an application which again is not able to blend the foundation well, giving patchy feel all over the face and not to forget that deadly white cast. It makes me look 2 shades fairer than what I am in real.
I so regret this online buy, had I been aware of it manufacturing, I would have just not bought it.
It stays put for a good amount of time and texture is not light.
We have far better cushion foundations floating than this expensive yet not so effective product, which even fit in our pockets dearly. I don't know what I should do with this.

Dear Sakshi, I suggest using it under eyes, on nose bridge etc. as a concealer. I would have applied it first to these areas and then use foundation. - Jiya

Let us know your thoughts on Maybelline Super Cushion Ultra Foundation. I am not sold this foundation after looking at the pictures, price and the review from Sakshi.
