I can't remember the last time I bought myself a new item of clothing or a pair of shoes, so you'll understand my excitement when I saw Primark's Spring/Summer 2013 look book. There seems to be a lots of beautiful pastel, floral tea dresses with a sporty edge. This is perfect for me, as I always attempt to wear pretty tea dresses in the summer but half way through the day end up regretting it as I feel too overdressed and not myself. Having playful socks and a cute pair of brogues to match would be sure to solve this problem. I can't wait for payday to come and I can take a trip down to Primark to pick up some Spring/Summer essentials.
I absolutely love all of the items in the above pictures, especially the yellow dress with the peter pan collar (top left). The color is amazing, and would look great paired with a rich red shade on the lips. I also really like the shape of the coral heart cut out dress featured above (bottom left). It reminds me of a tennis dress I used to wear when I was little, and unfortunately outgrew it. The perfect length to show of tanned pins, and not too tight around the hips. Anything that makes me feel like I'm wearing an over sized t-shirt sounds good to me! What do you think of this collection? Have you seen anything else that has caught your eye?
