Pond's White Beauty BB+ Fairness Cream Review And Swatch

By Get Set Blush @GetSet_Blush
Hey girls,
Probably I am the last person to review this product. “Better late than never” okay, I’m motivating myself. Guess this is enough for me to start writing the review. I bought this BB cream when the whole of Indian market is taken down by BB cream storm. After trying out the Korean BB cream, I couldn’t wait to have the Indian version of the same. But, something was missing in the Indian BB creams. While digging out the reasons for the little failures, I am going to review the product for you.
I am reviewing the BB Cream from POND’S.
Pond's White Beauty BB+ Fairness Cream Review And Swatch It came out with real high expectations (well, remember their white beauty range ?)

Pond's White Beauty BB+ Fairness Cream Review And Swatch The package:
The product comes in a sleek white tube with a silver twist cap. The nozzle of the tube is thin enough to take little cream at once.
Pond's White Beauty BB+ Fairness Cream Review And Swatch The texture:
The texture of the cream is thick. It is a bit difficult to blend in the cream to your skintone at one go.

My Experience with the product:
Where do I start from ? I was so excited to try out the BB creams just made for the Indian Skin tone. The Korean BB creams were good for my skin. Few were a bit lighter and few others would make me sweat like crazy. But there are few more which are just a perfect blend of the ingredients made the complete justice for the hype created. Coming to the POND'S BB+ Cream, with loads of good claims I started using it and just to say that it disappointed me. Before I say this strong sentence I have used it for a week continuously.
Day 1 I have used it alone after the cleansing toning part. The shade was too light for me and I took my hard hands on it to blend it so much. It is too light for my dusky skin. It made my skin dry at the beginning. After 2 hours or so, my skin became oily and dull. I had to use blotting sheets to take off the excess oil. This is when I am indoors and in AC.
Day 2: I wanted to avoid that difficult blending part by mixing the thick cream with a moisturizer. This time the blending part was easy and also the BB cream got adjusted to my skin giving me a dewy look. But this time, I went out and I was sweating so bad and my skin became super oily.
Day 3 : I have applied the moisturizer first and then the BB cream. This time, it was eay to blend in. But this gave me a made up look.
This way I continued using it in many forms and ways. Overall, this BB cream is not meant for the dusky girls and oily skin.

Budget Friendly BB Cream 2.Stylish and cute package. 3.The nozzle is easy to take out the product without wasting. Cons: 1. Not a shade for all skin tones. Dusky skin tone will look ghostly with this. 2. The thick consistency makes it difficult to blend in. 3. The oily skin becomes more oily with this. Final Words: Well, it didn't work for me. But it would suit the fair skin tone and to the normal/combination skin type. Overall, it is a good product just it is not for me. Email ThisBlogThis!Share to TwitterShare to Facebook
