Polish Picks - 16 October 2013 Featuring Nails Inc, the Balm & Butter London

By Makeupguineapig @MakeUpGuineaPig
I'm back with the past two weeks of nails today! There are only three polishes and for the sake of just getting to the point, here's what's been on my nails for the last two weeks! :)
The first polish I went for is from Butter London and it is Champers. I really like this color. It's a fairly neutral champagne metallic. It's really pretty and would be great for the holidays! It's also one of those shades that looks kind of nude until the light catches it and shows off it's metallic beauty, making it work appropriate too! Lovely and delightful. (Excuse the horrible condition of my cuticles!)

My next polish pick was Root Beer Gloat from theBalm. I love this polish too! :) It's a really pretty duo-chrome root beer shade - how appropriate, eh?! :) It's kind of a golden-greenish-reddish brown that looks a bit prettier in the bottle, but looks great on the nails nonetheless. I'm not usually a fan of brown, but lately I seem to be gravitating towards all things brown and this polish was so pretty that I wore it forever…at least for me!

Finally, I really wanted to try the Nails Inc. Gel Effect polishes, so I picked up Kensington High Street. It's a beautiful deep wine shade and it really does dry to a high-shine finish. I'm not sure I'd say it is quite gel-like, but then I've never had a gel manicure either. It is quite shiny and it lasts pretty nicely. It's been on my nails almost all week! The color is perfect for Fall and great for the Holidays too. Absolutely beautiful color! :)

And that's it! What's been gracing your fingertips lately? What color are you looking forward to wearing next? I need some suggestions! ;) Until next time, thanks for looking and hope you come back soon!!! :)
