Pizza Rolls

By Craftymamablog

Pizza rolls
We eat a lot of pizza in our house, so I’m constantly trying to find new recipes and different ways to make it. A while ago I saw these on Pinterest, but when I tried them out, they didn’t quite cook evenly. So I decided to take it one step further. And thus came Pizza Rolls. The same concept as cinnamon rolls (which I also made tonight!) but more pizza-y.

Roll our your pizza dough. I like this recipe. Usually I use half the recipe for the pizza, and either save the other half, or make bread sticks.

Add your sauce and toppings. I went a little light on the sauce to keep it from oozing. You can always heat up some sauce for dipping later!

Roll it.

Slice it.

Lay your sliced pizza rolls in a greased 9×13 pan.

Put them in a warm place to rise. I like to set my oven to the lowest setting (150-200), let it heat up, and then turn it off and let them rise in there. Make sure it doesn’t get too hot though! Ideal rising temps for bread are about 100 degrees.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.

When they’re all done baking, melt up some butter, add some garlic salt, and slather that on. YUM.
