The combination of Pina Colada and Banana is so good you are going to wish you made more.
You know growing up we had one of those hand cranked ice cream makers. We all took turns hand cranking it or mom would say we wouldn't get any. That ice cream was so good and creamy it was worth all the exercise. Flash forward to now, in the era of instant gratification well almost instant gratification, I have no ice or salt and I do not have to crank anything to make some delicious homemade ice cream. All I need is my trusty plug in ice cream maker. I used banana and pineapple and other stuff, but you can make your own flavors and enjoy them when ever you please.
Pina Colada and Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup vanilla sugar
pinch sea salt
1 tablespoon pineapple extract
