Octopizzo is fighting claims of having a hand in the death of 19-year-old Kenneth Abom who was a student at Strathmore University.Kenneth is said to have been assaulted by Octopizzo at his house. The teenager returned to their house in Woodley Estate with blood-stained t-shirt moments before he fell through the window from their fourth floor apartment.

His father was the first person I talked to after the incident. I did not know what he came to do in my house. An hour later, we heard that the boy dropped from the fourth floor,” Octopizzo in a phone conversation with Standard.
