Pencil/Stick Eyeshadows.

By Brightowngirl @Brightowngirl
Pencil/Stick Eyeshadows. I am having a real love/hate relationship with eyeshadow stick/pencil type products at the moment. I love the effect of more cream eyeshadows and the pencil form makes it so quick and easy to apply. The only thing is I have such oily eyelids that I find it hard to find ones that don't crease on me.
Everyone is raving about the Bourjois 2 in 1 Eyeshadow & Liners at the moment (review here) and when I first swatched them I thought they were going to be amazing as they did not budge from my hand. Once applied on my lids though even with primer I found just after a couple of hours they had creased, I feel like I am the only person these don't work for.
Saying that I do have a few eyeshadow pencils that I do really like. The Rimmel Scandal Eyes Eyeshadow Sticks are great, there is quite a few different shades, they are pigmented and blend out well.
A new discovery is the No7 Stay Perfect Shade & Define which are a twist up eyeshadow stick and remind me a lot of the Laura Mercier ones.
Lastly the Nudestix Magnetic Eye Colour is not something I would of purchased myself but I received one in a Look Fantastic Beauty Box and really glad I did. I have the shade Gilt which a lovely light gold shade that gives a wash of color to the eye.
I will say these don't last all day on me without creasing but they last longer than a few hours. for the ease of using them at the color and effect I can live with a bit of creasing but I wish I could find a formula that lasted.
Does anyone else have this trouble? What is your tips and tricks for making cream shadow last?
