Peanut Butter Bundt Cake for Fall

Top Girl, here! Bringing you one of my favorite kinds of cake. Some people prefer chocolate cake and others prefer vanilla cake, but my favorite has less to do with flavor and more to do with shape. My favorite cake is a bundt cake and almost always with no icing. I like my bundt cake completely unadorned but my husband is likely to spread Nuttella or drizzle some hot fudge on his slice.

But first, take a look at Rocket's super awesome Halloween costume. He's rockin' Mario this year!

Is peanut butter a fall flavor? It's not pumpkin spice or apple, but I still think of peanut butter as a flavor of fall. Maybe next year peanut butter can be the new fall food frenzy ingredient.

Ingredients

1 Box Yellow Cake Mix (I used Pillsbury)

4 Eggs

1 Stick of Butter Softened

1 Cup of Water

¾ Cup of Peanut Butter (I used Peter Pan Creamy)

Directions

Preheat the oven according to the cake mix box directions.

Grease your bundt pan. I used Bakers Joy because it helps the cake release from the pan more easily. Bakers Joy has flour in it and it's great for baking. It's not a great substitute for cooking spray in other cooking situations, though.

In a large bowl mix all ingredients together using a hand mixer.

Pour the batter in to the bundt pan and bake according to the directions on the box. In the bundt pan, I baked mine for 40 minutes.

Peanut butter bunt cake is warm and comforting and everyone in our house loves it.
