This is very good pull apart bread with little fuss. It is made with biscuits instead of yeast. That means you don’t have to wait around while the yeast grows or proofs or what ever it does.

No need to let it rise and worry if your yeast is working or any of that nonsense.  Fifteen minutes maximum prep time I promise. Then you can put it in the oven and smell it while it is cooking.

Yeah, it smells really good. Family will be going into the kitchen asking you what you are making and when they can have some.

I almost feel bad about posting this recipe. It really is simple and it tastes so good and looks good too.  The best thing is, you can mix up the jams. Try it with strawberry or grape jam. I am sure that it will all taste good with miminal effort

You are welcome.

Peach Cobbler pull apart bread

Yield: 8 servings

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 40-45 minutes

Total Time: 60 minutes

Ingredients:

1 can flaky layers refrigerated honey butter biscuts
3/4 cup peach preserves
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Separate each biscuit into 2 layers. To make a total of 16 thin biscuits. Spread peach preserves on top of each. In a small bowl mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over each.
Stack biscuits in 4 piles of 4 biscuits each. Place stacks on their sides in a long row in the loaf pan, making sure sides with out filling are on both ends touching the pan. It should look like a 16-layer sandwich with no filling on the outside ends.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
When ready to serve, turn pan upside down on serving platter to release loaf. In a small bowl mix powdered sugar and milk drizzle over loaf. Serve warm.

Peace be with you,

Veronica
