I hope you didn't get too attached to the "Look Ma, no hands!" convenience of last year's cross body bags, because this season holds a hands-on approach to the chain-handle bag as clutch. Function once again takes a backseat to fashion, and from now on, you must look as though you simply couldn't be bothered to place the chain over your shoulder; you had to grab your bag and go.
