Being colorless, Organic Harvest lip balms can be applied any time and even under your favorite matte lipstick without interfering with lipstick’s true shade. Since this is very light yet buttery, it truly hydrates lips and helps in dealing with chapped/dry bits of lips. Once applied, it keeps my lips hydrated for ¾ hours contrary to the long-hour hydration claim. . I did not need to reapply this often and this one of the best lip balms I’ve tried yet!
