Ingredients 2 yellow flesh potatoes, diced 1/2 inch3 cups veggie broth3 tbsp cornstarch2 tbsp olive oil2 leeks, washed and thinly sliced2 shallots, diced1 1/2 cups carrots, peeled and diced 1/2 inch2 cloves of garlic, mincedfreshly ground pepper1/2 tsp salt3/4 cup frozen peas1 can navy beans, drained and rinsed
