On The Go Essentials
On The Go EssentialsWhen I know I have a long day ahead away from home there is a few things I like to pop in my bag that will help me feel fresh faced all day long. I like to call these my 'On The Go Essentials'.
First things first is some powder, I can get quite a shiney t-zone so need something to keep it under control. The Revlon Nearly Naked Powder is the one I am currently using which doesn't get too cakey and helps leaves my skin matte.
I also carry around the Tarte Amazonian Clay Bronzer as it is compact and just adds back some color after I have powdered.
After applying these I like to give my skin a spritz with the Maya Water Facial Mist* to keep my skin feel refreshed. This is also great for when you are on a stuffy tube and stops you from over heating.
If it is an exceptionally long day I like to have a liner with me and some mascara just to give my look a little something more if I am go for drinks or dinner in the evening. I find this just makes me look a little more put together. I really like the Rimmel Scandleyes Liners in Taupe and Nude for this.
To keep my lips hydrated I have the Blistex MedPlus Cherry Lip Balm as well the Burts Bees Tinted Lip Balm in Pink Blossom. These just help to keep my lips hydrated and the burts bees provides me with a bit of color.
Lastly there is two things that are not make up related. The Organic Surge Tropical Bergamot Hand Cream which just helps to keep my hands hydrated and smooth. Also the Better You Boost Pure Energy Spray* which is a Vitamin B mouth spray tha gives you a bit of energy when that afternoon slump hits.
This may seem a lot to some people but I like to have things at hand just in case. You never what the day may bring.
Do let me know what products you consider as your 'On The Go Essentials'?
