Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplement – 400 Count – 2000mg

I don’t know about any of you, but I’ve never been one of those people that is good about taking vitamins. What usually happens is that I buy the vitamins will full intentions that this time will be the time that I actually take the vitamins on a regular basis and then I never do.

The suggested dose is 3 pills per day and because the bottle is huge, it contains 400 pills, which means this bottle will last over 133 days – over 4 months!  I can honestly say that I do feel better now that I’ve been taking this vitamin consistently and I believe I will keep taking it as part of my wellness regimen.
