I took part in the Oh Comley Swap Box project last year and loved it so when I saw that they were doing A Perfect Stranger Project this year I signed up straight away. The idea behind both of the projects is to register your details and a little bio about your interests. Oh Comely then partner you up with someone accross the globe and you send each other a surprise care package in the post. Here was some suggestions for this year:- A wintry treat- A modern-day message in a bottle- "What's in my bag" photocopy edition
My partner match was a female who lived in Liverpool and didn't specify any particular interests. She was just keen to find out more about Dorset. I collected things over a few weeks and wrapped them all up, and popped them in the post with a long letter. I may have even sent a "Grow your own Christmas tree kit".
