Beating summer is really a hard task and the buttermilk nowadays helping its hands towards the harsh rays from Sun.The buttermilk is usually spiced with curry leaves,green chillies,ginger and pinch of asfoetida.The hing or asfoetida gives super aroma there and it helps in digestion too.I used healthy oats for a change and i roasted the oats before blending with yogurt.Lets move on making, I used pepper powder for the recipe as i love that flavor.You can also use green chillies and curry leaves too.The background i used oats ladoo and i will post that soon.Buttermilk is a perfect cooler which does not need any refrigeration and all as it is a natural cooler like tender coconut.Take natural coolers instead refrigerating ones because it fulfill your thirst in this season.
