I received this in the college voxbox from influenster.
This has became one of my favorite pencil eyeliners,. I love how smooth it glides on. I have been using a slanted brush to blend it out a bit, and it is so blendable. It also has a bit of sparkle but its not a lot so that makes it perfect to go from school to a night out on the town. 
The picture above and below is without mascara.
