NOTD: Essie's Jazz

NOTD: Essie's Jazz This is going to be a short post, but I'm excited to introduce to you a new weekly feature that I hope you will enjoy. The post will be up in a few hours :)
I picked a shade that's a little out of my comfort zone. For Christmas this year as a stocking stuffer I got this tiny package with a set of 2 mini Essie polishes. They really look so cute that tiny.  One of the colors is Jazz, it's a nude taupe/brown shade, very neutral.
I used 2 coats and the application was extremely easy, just like most of Essie's polishes. I was really surprised at how fast it dried too. Then I applied a coat of Seche Vite. I honestly don't know if this color compliments my skintone yet, it's slowly growing on me.

I was going to leave it alone and not do any kind of nail art  but I just couldn't, so I added a simple design to my accent finger. I was going for sort of a checkered look but it didn't come out that way.  I used both my Sally Hansen's nail art pens in black & white, and a Art Deco Striper Polish for the red line. I like how the black, white and red compliments the nude.

I can probably guarantee that I will have a new NOTD post up in a few days lol. I can't see me keeping this on for too much longer. I wanted to show you guys anyway, bc it might be a color you like. Let me know what you think!
