It comes in with a mix of synth and guitar riff that'll remind you of Bombay Bicycle Club, The View, and various other names that have been and gone in the world of Indie ... however, as soon as that vocal comes in, a whole new name comes to the forefront - Florence Welch.We're aware that, the more you venture in, the less it actually sounds like Florence, but you won't be able to steer away from the fact that you thought about it, and her, from the very start. There's a conviction, a strength, and a womanly presence that we haven't really heard before, except in Flo, that is what reminds us here ... and we feel that, with the right backing, these guys can be the next huge name in the Indie industry!
The music, as you will hear, is lively and more than approachable in this one. From the start, it may come across as a little slow, but given a minute or so, it really creates a bit of an uproar, and unlike their previous work, you are much more capable of getting up and dancing alongside it all.
In short, this is a pretty brilliant track and we want more people to get onto their names. They have an incredible passion for music, and an intuitive genius about them ... we're not sure there's anything they can do wrong!!
