New Year, New Habits?

Finding motivation is the easy part. Staying motivated is much harder. Remember that new healthy habits are for life not only for the new year. There is no such thing as a quick fix. You'll reach your goals eventually - lose the weight, build the muscles, get the flat and strong stomach - but once you have - why quit? Why go back to a passive and unhealthy lifestyle? Clearly your body and health will go back to where you once started in the beginning of the year. The solution is: Stay motivated, stay focused and stop thinking about your health as something that needs a quick fix. Healthy lifestyle is for life!
