My take:
I know that Neostrata makes amazing products because I got to try their neck firming cream which totally worked wonders on me. I loved how effective yet gentle their products are. I wanted to try their skincare products ever since. Luckily I was sent their Foaming Glycolic Wash which is one of their best sellers. This is recommended for the people who are aware of the ingredients. I get a lot of chemical peels and my skin is pretty used to this particular chemical which is why I accepted to try this out.
Chemical peels are great for the quick renewal of the skin and they work on the pores so well which adds a glow to the skin. But chemical peels turn very pricey when you get them from a branded spa/salon.
But some chemicals are dermatologically approved and I do not hesitate to try the skin care products containing these chemicals like the glycolic acid, salicylic acid etc.
Coming to the Neostrata Foaming Glycolic Wash, I loved the foamy texture of the product and it doesn't dry out the skin. It felt little tight initially and as soon as I applied moisturized, it was normal. It doesn't really have a great smell. For someone who may have used the glycolic acid, the smell should seem familiar. For a new person, it smells just like a mild chemical formula. I use it in the nights so that I can massage and keep it on the skin for a minute and then rinse it. It tingles a bit but nothing unbearable. The skin definitely feels clearer and smooth. I do not have huge pores but I do see my skin's overall texture improved greatly.
The best part, it didn't break me out, treated my whiteheads and no blackheads.

Overall, I loved this face wash and I recommend it.
I have dry combination skin and I say this. So, someone with the oily skin can totally go for it.
