Nanga Parbat Expedition Retreats

The highly ambitious attempt to climb Nanga Parbat, one of the 8,000m peaks, in Winter has been prematurely ended due to conditions. Over a meter of snow is expected in the coming days and the team have decided to pull out - hopefully they'll attempt this again in the next couple of years, it's a real shame to see such an awesome team not achieve their goal!
