Have you ever felt that you have been running around all day, all week, all month and all year too without a break? Felt that so many precious days passed by at rocket speed and you have never stopped to calm your mind, relax that ever running mind from planning and scheduling tasks for the day and to enjoy the beautiful moments with family and friends?I know I did!! In this hi-tech life if anything got easy is to travel distances at lightening speed, reach people without actually being there and cure the scariest of ailments too. But the same life has taken our time to travel those distances with our loved ones, to be there for our loved ones when in need and to support and encourage them in those scariest moments.Life isn’t going to stop, it’s going to move as it’s own speed. Trying to catch up to that speed and not having the fun we should, is being utter idiotic. If once a while we can’t stop to enjoy a hot cuppa coffee with our partner in crime, lose the ludo game to the apple of our eye and see him beam over his victory, take that long walk the mother has been wanting to take us along, chit-chat over a pizza and a game with the bestie; then life is definitely slipping by. What’s fun in existing and not living life to the fullest? What is the point in slogging all year and not get some time for the loved ones and self?Well.. my dear work-a-holics, today am here talking about the amazing things we ought to be doing and the amazing trips we should be taking with our loved ones and family; so we cherish these memories for life long.Talking about trips and vacations, I have been longing to go to Mumbai for a long long time now. They say, there are many places in Maharashtra along with Mumbai which are worth a visit. One of such places is Alibaug. This is one of the places in India which is on my *Must Visit Places – Bucket List*.
Alibaug, ( मराठी : अलिबाग) is a coastal town and amunicipal councilinRaigad Districtin theKonkanregion ofMaharashtra,India. It is also the headquarters of the Raigad district. The original name of this place was Ramnath which is just adjacent to main city Alibaug. Tourism is this town’s main economy and with just3 kilometers away from Alibaug on Alibag-Mumbai highway you will find one small village named Khandala. Another highly visited place from people all over the world. Alibaug in short has that old rustic charm which is hard to miss and with many tourist places in and around Alibaug, this makes an ideal place to choose when planning on a vacation with family.
