I am lucky enough to say this is my second time meeting them both and they are such lovely, knowledgeable people.
Replenicell was developed by Dr Murad and Jeff Murad and is exclusive to the Murad brand. It is a new hydration technology that uses a blend of osmolytes, select amino acids and trehalose to pre treat the water phase in the murad products.Basically what this means is the water they use in their products is no longer there just to hold the product together but is actually made into a skincare ingredient that will hydrate the skin.
This may sound silly but I didn't realise/ever think about the fact that the water that is in your moisturiser is pretty pointless. Your skin can't absorb water so only a small percentage of it is ingredients that are actually hydrating your skin.
There is so much to take in with this new technology and I personally find it so fascinating to learn about it. Murad have launched a new product this month, the Pore & Line Minimizing Hydrator* (£49.50 Murad) and it is the first product that has this new technology in it. (The other Murad products will have it in too come February) I plan to give this a good test and give you a full review at the end of the month. (So far I am loving it)
