Happy Monday! I am changing up Motivation Monday a little bit!
After riding my bike, yesterday, around the neighborhood and almost dying from the hills, I realized how out of shape I am. I have never been this out of shape! So I have decided to stop making excuses and start working out! Starting tomorrow... just kidding! Starting TODAY! :)
To keep me motivated, on Mondays I will write about what I did the week before
and also some workouts I want to try for the next week!
