Quite a late MWOTM this month as there are just too many things I have been obsessiong over! However, I have finally managed to narrow it down to these six items:
1. Alpha H // Liquid Gold
I have recently started getting really into skin care products, from eye creams to foot scrubs I just cant get enough! This product has fast become a cult favorite for bloggers and beauty addicts alike and I can see why. Alpha H Liquid Gold is an glycolic acid based skin resurfacing treatment that supposedly tightens pores, brightens the skin, firms, tones, and helps with acne! I've never used a product like this before, so I think it could be quite a fun one to try out.2. Nars // Douceurs de Paris Eyeshadow Palette
Although I havent worn much in the way of eyeshadows for the past year or so, I am in the process of changing up my makeup routine with some natural day and night eye looks. This palette features some really beautiful and versatile colours that are perfect for a variety of pinky plum summer/ autumn combos.3. Deborah Lipman // Glitter In The Air Nail Polish
How gorgeous is this colour? I've really enjoyed the nail trends that have been going on over the last year or two, and the idea of glitter infused with color is just genius. Deborah Lipman does some fantastic polishes, and after seeing swatches of this one on i've been hooked. I have read that Revlon's Whimsical is a perfect dupe but it seems to be quite tricky to get hold of in the UK.4. Yves Saint Laurent // Le Teint Touche Eclat Foundation
Finally the wait is over! When I first swatched this foundation I knew it was love at first sight. The lady at the counter matched me up and off I went with a little sample of this gorgeous masterpiece foundation. I wont give too much away as i'm planning on doing a full review of this product once it is in my possession. In the mean time definitely go down to your local YSL counter and get yourself a sample. Let me know what you think!5. Louise Young // LY34 Super Foundation Brush
My hands are my favorite tools when it comes to applying my foundation and tinted moisturisers, but sometimes I feel like using something to really buff my product into the skin. According to Goss Makeup Artist this is one of the best foundation brushes. With large, super soft, dense bristles this brush could just be the one for me.6. Chanel // Illusion D'ombre in Ebloui
I've mentioned this beautiful product a few times now, so you can tell i'm obsessed. Illusion d'ombre is range of gorgeous cream eyeshadows, each one as spectacular as the other. Ebloui, a warm brown with golden shimmers, has quickly become my favorite. One of the consultants at my local Chanel counter informed me that I can book a £20 makeover, which is also redeemable against products! Sounds like a good excuse to splurge :-)
