I think it's because my style changes all the time, some clothes I no longer wear & yet I still have them hanging up perfectly. So that's why thiters year Instead of a spending ban, I've decided to spend a little each week on my wardrobe... I am only going to be buying myself one item each week.
I think sometimes we go on one massive shopping spree buy lots of items, get overly excited that we wear the clothes out and then we again feel like we have nothing to wear because we have over-worn them items we just brought. So by buying an item each week, I can refresh my wardrobe and keep up to date with my own changes in my personal style. Does this even sound logical?
This outfit is a case of one of them days, "I HAVE NOTHING TO WEAR" So I just kept it simple with disco pants, an overly worn jumper and my mum's old denim jacket - Which is worse for wear, but i suppose that's what gives it character & a story. I teamed these up with my beloved boots and scarf to add some definition to the outfit. Are any of you on spending ban or a spend more, this year? let me know in the comments below.
