For those unfamiliar with these pop culture icons (read: for those who’ve been living under a rock), Kevin, Stuart, and Bob are part of the Minions who, based on the movie, have existed from the beginning of time and evolved from single-celled organisms. They had their first appearance in Despicable Me, where they aided hero-villain Gru with his menacing plans. This year, however, they starred in their own film that chronicled their life before they were with Gru.
Proving how popular they are, Universal Studios Singapore has joined in on the craze. For starters, they’ve set up a Minion Mart at the Hollywood zone of the theme park. It impressively stocks every themed merchandise imaginable—from mugs and tumblers to hats, shirts, and socks. Plus, they even have golf balls and Minion spectacles! More Minion stuff can be found at the Universal Studios Store, also in Hollywood, where a dedicated section has been set up.
What makes everyone even more excited is the Meet the Minions sessions that are held a number of times in a day. During these meet-and-greets, Kevin, Stuart, and Bob adorably dance (and clap along) to Pharell’s Happy then they oblige for photo-ops.

How to get there: The easiest way to get to Resorts World Sentosa would be to take an MRT to HarbourFront Station. Follow the signs leading to the bus stop for RWS 8 that drops passengers directly at the basement of Resorts World Sentosa. Going back, the Sentosa Express may be taken for free from Waterfront Station to Sentosa Station in VivoCity, which is connected to the MRT.
