Mike Bibby is now 32 years of age he agreed to a
buyout of 6.2 million from the wizards. He will still
receive the 5.6 million that he is owed this season. I love
how people talk all about how sports is all about
money.
This is a perfect example i mean i understand that the wizards are the worst team in the NBA and the hawks which were Bibby's previous team were a playoff contender.
But, by Mike Bibby signing with the Heat he also becomes part of a team that has a very good shot of getting to the NBA Finals this year. Much better than the hawks his former team and certainly the Washington Wizards.As he becomes older his chances are getting slimmer. After going to a seventh game series against the lakers in 2001-2002 and losing in 7 games, and 80 games played. Its clear Mike Bibby is hungry for a championship.
