We’ve made it to the middle of the week! And it is actually the middle of the week for me because I have standard weekends again… I can’t remember the last time I’ve had those. It’s an interesting and unsettling experience.
Here’s this week’s progress on the HAED
I wish I’d been labeling this with weeks of progress. I guess I could go back and start numbering them but…I don’t really want to. I have lots of respect for the patient stitchers who actually plot out their projects in number of stitches left, As interesting as it would be to know, I’m not sure I’d want to do all that counting.
I’ve got most of the hair done this week. Should have it finished by the end of this week. Ideally I’d like to get the rest of the ear done too and start working on the flesh tones for the face. But realistically it’ll probably take 2-3 weeks to get this page finished.
You can really start to see the colors in the hair now and the depth of the color combination that gives it that shiny/3D look, so I think the face is going to turn out vibrant and realistically…but we’ll see. I wish I could stitch faster so I could see how this all comes together.
