Mexican White Dip

By Veronica46

That white sauce, you know the kind, it is the third wheel that comes with your salsa at your favorite Mexican restaurant, that sweet and garlicky sauce now can be made at home.

I love that dip they serve at the Mexican restaurants. Not the salsa the other one. It is not queso. It is a blend of sweet deliciousness. It complements the salsa very well. The problem is I was not sure what was in it until now. Depending on the restaurant some have a slight variation. The restaurant I go to this is spot on. Oh with those warm from the oven chips. That is all I need.

Happy Cinco de Mayo!
