Laurelle London Racing Green was the one with simplest for my olfactory senses. It's woody-ness got me because I find them wearable daily without thinking too much. Also, Mark (the handsome man at Laurelle London in Shipra) told me that it comes in 2 variants because it's the popular one. It made sense for me to buy the one which was older.

It's matte and ombre bottle caught my eyes first. There were other perfumes for men like "HIM" in blue forest green has a different kind of pull. May be, it also influenced my purchase. The bottle is sturdy and did not break when I dropped it clumsily.Notes, Longevity and Sillage
Racing Green is "Eau De Parfum" that usually has 15-20% of concentration of fragrance oils as compared longer wearing variant of fragrances "Perfume" with concentration of 20-40% and longevity up to 8 hrs. If I go by this simple formula, I'd expected Racing Green to last for over 4 hrs. Unfortunately, I was disappointed! It lasts for up to 2-3 hrs! I don't think, I get a sillage wither when my husbands walks by after wearing this. The best perfumes are the ones that leave its trail in air like a pleasant whiff!Formula
I am not a pro in perfumes, it's just my nose that plays the main part and not the brain (technically knowing what a perfume should and could be!). But among all the fragrances I have tried, the scent of Racing Green reminds me of some local men's deodorants in India or I would say the scent is not that unique. Now you'd ask, why I bought it on first hand? Because when I smelled it at the mall,I felt it was fresh and sexy. I was tricked by the color and I just felt that it would be a great buy.Conclusion
The price of Laurelle London Racing Green is for Rs.3849 (Check out other products under Rs.4000) for 100 ml. It should have been under Rs.2500. For Rs.3849, I'd rather choose other brands like Lacoste, Hugo Boss or Clinique. Why? I'd tell you in some other posts!Where to Buy?
