Women are superb at intuition. Men tend to be lousy at it, which is why women are so good at social skills and reading people and so many men are so awful at reading people. Which may in part explain all this sexual harassment, which often boils down to “Guys can’t take a hint.”
A lot of men are probably not getting the message at all. Quite a few others are getting the message and don’t care either because they are jerks or because they have been socialized to believe that women have to be worn down to be charmed and that women have been socialized to play hard to get so as not to be sluts and whores. This is the “no means yes” theory that both sexes get indoctrinated with in most cultures, hence why real sexual harassment is so common across the globe that it is nearly part of the human condition.
On the other hand, men are great at logic whereas as all heterosexual men know, women are not particularly logical. So of each of the two major forms of intelligence, women are superior in one and inferior in the other, and it’s the same for men. They both balance out.
Neither men nor women are superior intellectually. Furthermore, if you put a male and a female together, they add to each other, so now you have a combined being that is strong in both intuition and logic and inferior in neither, which is why heterosexual dating, relationships and marriage as so popular among other reasons.
Males and females alone are like a crippled whole, only half of a whole. The half that is missing causes a lot of damage, which is why groups of men tend to be clueless buffoons and groups of women tend to be chaotic and not get much done. Quite a few feminists started female-only businesses. The record on these businesses is not good at all, and most of them failed after a short period of time due to the limitations of groups of human females without a male around to keep the ladies in line, talk sense to them, keep them on task, and force them to get their act together.
In the same sense, a scattering of females in an all-male group might help remedy the typical problems you get in all male settings.
One thing that is nice about the sexes is that heterosexuals of the opposite sex tend to calm each other. Women add warmth, compassion, and pacifism to cold, hard, and aggressive to violent men. They calm them down.
Men add stability, a sense of purpose and discipline to chaotic, floundering and scattered women. Mostly they calm them down. The man becomes a rock she can cling to and he won’t tolerate the drama and chaos that her female friends would regard as normal, so she is forced to become more stable.
Throw a few men into a woman-only setting, and the drama, chaos, emo, and flake levels to go way down, not to mention the competition, clique-forming, bitchiness, and cattiness. Women can be unspeakably cruel to other women. I know women who don’t like women. They much prefer men because women have hurt them so much in life that they are bitter and damaged.
Men and women are good for each other!
Part of the problems of homosexual cultures is that lesbian cultures are all-female societies with all of the problems that go along with all-female groups, while gay male cultures are all-male societies with all of the problems that go along with all-male groups.
In particular, the wild promiscuity, sleaziness, and wildly self-destructive, near-suicidal nature of gay male culture is mostly because there aren’t any women around to gatekeep, police, slow down, and rationalize the male sex drive, which tends to run completely rampant if not artificially controlled somehow, usually by a societal mechanism. Probably one of the main reasons that human cultures have evolved the way they, especially with monogamous marriage, is to control the male sex drive, which uncontrolled is hardly compatible with civilized society.
If Nature’s laws indicate that things work best when men and women complement each other, then homosexual societies are violating Natural Law in that sense, no matter if they had no choice in being gay. Perhaps it is because homosexual societies violate Natural Law so much that they seem to be so dysfunctional and pathological. Mother Nature doesn’t like it when you violate her laws. She tends to get back at humans and punish them for violations of Natural Law. Mother Nature always bats last, in other words.
In this sense, the Catholics with their concept of Natural Law may actually be onto something, despite my deep disagreements with Catholic theology.
