Hello everyone!
Wish you all a very good morning!! As I told you earlier in my haul post, we have lined up a lot of interesting posts for you at Divassence! and we are starting off with the color show week! This week, you will be seeing the reviews of Color Show nail paints (along with other reviews). When the Color Show nail paints were introduced, I went berserk like every other girl in town and grabbed 7 shades (will be getting a few more soon :D).
Are you looking for office-wear shades? That stay all through the week? If so keep reading! You can never have enough office wear nailpaints (or lipsticks, am partial to those :P) and the two shades that are reviewed in this post are a must-have in my opinion  What are the shades that I’m talking about? I'm sure you already peeked at the pics (You didn’t? Are you still reading what I’m telling you? Awww.. :’) <3) but anyway, they are Nude Skin and Midnight Taupe :D
I’m sure most of you won’t have the patience to read paragraph after paragraph so this time, I’m breaking up the review into segments for easy reading (and make it less boring)  Before we proceed with the review lets see what the company tells us about the product shall we? (Yeah yeah, I know that you know all these already but bear with me girls, lets do it anyway  )
What Maybelline says about their Color Show Nailpaints :“The fashion fix for your fingertips! Stay right on trend from your tips to your toes with new Maybelline Color Show. NUDE SKIN
Maybelline Color Show Nail Paints: Nude Skin and Midnight Taupe: Review/NOTD
Shade: A subtle beige-n*de shade, hands down the best n*de shade I’ve seen in a while, that too at such a price.
Price and quantity: 6 ml for 75 INR
Packaging: Cute and small! Love it! The bristles are dense and makes application a breeze.
Texture: Not runny and not too thick. It’s perfect!
Finish: Crème finish. The glossiness stays till the nail paint starts chipping.

Coverage: Opaque coverage. One coat gave me an almost opaque coverage. Two coats gave a complete opaque finish. I’ve worn two coats in the pics.Application: Application is absolutely non-streaky! Love it!Drying time: Super quick! Finish painting all the five nails and you can immediately start applying the second coat on the first nail :PStaying power: It stayed well for 5 days, started chipping by the end of the fifth day. Stunned is the word!Suitable for: Office wear! When you have no idea which color to wear with your outfit, blindly grab this, it would go well with everything

Coverage: Sheer. One coat will give you a sheer look which doesn’t look appealing at all, 2 coats give an almost opaque coverage, go for 3 coats for perfectly opaque coverage.Application: Application is streaky and I didn’t like it much but for 75 INR, I can’t complain. Drying time: Super quick! Staying power: It stayed well for 3-4 days, started chipping on the fourth day. Suitable for: Office wear! If you prefer dark shades for office, pick this up!

Final Word: There is nothing I don’t like about these nail paints, most of the shades in this range display consistency in terms of staying power, staying for 4+ days which is very good for the price. Definitely grab these (if you haven’t done so already :P )The range boasts of 40 shades so I’m sure you will find one (or many :P) that will suit your taste, reviews of many more shades coming up, stay tuned!
