What I love about (R5) Hot Pepper –

• Hot Pepper is a gorgeous crimson color that makes my hands brighter and really gorgeous.
• The color applies smoothly and without streaks.
• The color pay-off is excellent; a single swipe gives opaque coverage.
• It dries really quickly and I did not get any fabric marks, etc on my nails.
• The color stays pretty well for 4/5 days without top coat.  After 5 days, neither the color looks fresh nor dull. There was minor chipping on the tips that isn’t noticeable much.
• The finish is very glossy and full of sheen.

What I did not love about (R5) Hot Pepper –

• When you look the color too closely, certain gritty textures are visible that is indeed very subtle but can be noticed at certain angles.
• The Big Apple Reds range are only available at habbana.com, haven’t spotted these at Maybelline counters and other online shopping sites.
