Mashed Organic Sweet Potatoes in Brown Butter
Since the year started, I've been preparing simpler yet healthier food for my family. We now give our toddler fruits to snack on instead of bread (his favorite!) or some store-bought treats such as muffins, cookies like we used to. We give those as occasional treats nalang. Thank God he now likes apples and pears again coz for a time he didn't want them!
And then aside from serving more fruits, I also try to incorporate more complex carbs into our diet so I made this:

Here's how to make:
I prefer steaming over boiling. But you may boil it if you want.
Do it while the sweet potatoes are still warm.
You may drizzle a little honey to sweeten but the sweet potatoes I got were sweet enough so there's no need for it anymore.
